After receiving repeated sessions of Thai massage you will begin to notice increased flexibility and range of motion due to reduced muscle tension and fascial adhesions.

As a therapist giving Thai massages you will also notice changes in your body the more you practice. You will gain increased balance and strength. You will begin to feel more with your feet and knees to detect subtle changes in the tissue underneath. You will also build strength in your thumbs from pressing the sen lines. I recommend you practice Yoga if you want to offer Thai massage since you can develop your balance even further with it. I started going to Yoga classes regularly this year to improve my balance and strength and it has helped a lot while giving Thai massages. It has also helped me to be able to give a 2-hour Thai massage without feeling out of breath.
