Using these exercises to grow your butt, you’re developing the gluteus maximus. You can shape how your butt grows by swinging your leg out or in. Swinging the leg out grows the upper part of your butt, and swinging your leg in grows the lower part. To widen your butt there’s a whole set of other exercises to work the Gluteus Medius. We’ll do another video for that. The one-sided exercises may help anyone with a sacroIliac joint issue. If you have this adjust the number of reps you do, start with a lower number, and work your way up. As with anything like this do no harm, ease up or stop if it becomes difficult or painful.
